Refund policy

We have a strict NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, and NO REPLACEMENT policy. 
You may cancel your perk card subscription for subsequent years at any time, but all sales for the current year of subscription are final.

Even if a card is lost or stolen, there are no refunds and no replacement cards. Given how are business operates, offering replacements opens up our business partners to fraud.

If your perk card is damages and would like a replacement, you can contact us at admin@greaterwave.com. If you pay for shipping to get your damaged card to us, we will replace your card at no additional cost.

Please inspect your order within 24 hours of reception and contact us immediately if the order is incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Orders may be placed outside of the USA, but we will only ship cards to locations within the USA.
