When you join ChiPerks by purchasing a card, you'll enroll in an annual subscription that will send you a new ChiPerks card every year; as the first card you order will expire after its one-year activation term. You can easily cancel or edit your subscription anytime in your Greater Perks account (which you'll create upon card purchase).

Perk cards remain active for 1 year from the date your card is shipped out to you. After the one year, the card will no longer be active. If your subscription is still active, you'll automatically be billed and receive another card by the time your current card expires. We make it easy for you!

The enrolled businesses and the perks are dynamic, so they technically can be changed. However, the businesses are incentivized to remain in the program long-term and consistent with their perk.

Having the ChiPerks program be dynamic is a good thing! Why? Because this means we can keep adding businesses and perks that you can benefit from even after you have already paid to become a member. Having a steady flow of new perks is a great way to help you experience new restaurants, products, and experiences.

On the flip side, this also means that certain perks could go away while you're mid-membership. Just keep in mind that the businesses benefit from the program, so it will be rare for businesses/perks to just fall off at random.

Typically, our perk partners require the physical card to be shown in-store to receive the perk they offer. However, some businesses may allow its perk to be honored for online purchases. Reach out to the specific business of interest to inquire if they will be willing to honor its perk for online purchases.

Once a card is purchased, the sale is final. There are no refunds or returns for any perk card purchase.

If a card is lost or stolen, unfortunately, we will not be able to replace the card. The customer would have to pay a one-time fee to replace it. If this happens, please contact us.

Laslty, remember to login to your account and cancel your subscription if you don't want to recieve a card for the next year.

All sales for the current year are final, but if you do not wish to pay for and receive a ChiPerks card in future years, just cancel your subscription within your Greater Perks online account. It's super quick and simple.
