How can I get more information about the participating businesses and the perks?

How long do perk cards remain active and eligible to use?
Cards remain active for 1 year from the date shipped out to you. After the one year, the card will no longer be active and redeemable. You'll need to place another order and receive a new card if you wish to continue getting perks.
Will the businesses and/or perks ever change?
The enrolled businesses and the perks are dynamic, so they can be changed. However, businesses generally remain in the program long-term and stay consistent with their perk.
The ChiPerks program being dynamic is a good thing! Why? Because we continually add new businesses and perks. Having a steady flow of new perks is a great way to help you experience new restaurants, products, and experiences.
On the flip side, this also means that certain perks could be removed from the directory. Just keep in mind that the businesses benefit from the program, so it is rare that businesses/perks are removed.
Can perk cards be used for online purchases?
Typically, our perk partners require the physical card to be shown in-store to receive the perk they offer. However, some businesses may allow its perk to be honored for online purchases. Please view the ChiPerks Directory for specific instructions on how to redeem its perk.
Can I get a refund, replacement, or return my perk card?
Due to the nature of the product, once a card is purchased, the sale is final. We will not be able to offer refunds or returns for any perk card purchase. We may be able to offer a one-time fee to replace a card if it's lost or stolen. If this happens, please contact us.
