How long do perk cards remain active and eligable to use?

Perk cards remain active for 1 year from the date your card is shipped out to you. After the one year, the card will no longer be active. If your subscription is still active, you'll automatically recieve another card by the time your current card expires.

Can perk cards be used for online purchases?

Typically, our perk partners require the physical card to be shown in-store to recieve the perk they offer. However, some businesses may allow its perk to be honored for online purchases. Reach out to the specific business of interest to inquire if they will be willing to honor its perk for online purchases.

Can I get a refund, replacement, or return my perk card?

Once a card is purchased, the sale is final. There are no refunds or returns for any perk card purchase.

If a card is lost or stolen, unfortuantly, we will not be able to replace the card. The customer would have to pay a one-time fee to replace it. If this happens, please contact us.

Laslty, remember to login to your account and cancel your subscription if you don't want to recieve a card for the next year.

Will the active perks for each perk card ever change?

Yes, the active perks on any given card are dynamic--perks can come or go at any time. This is a good thing! Why? Because this means we can keep adding perks that you can benefit from even after you have already purchased a card. Having a steady flow of new perks is a great way to help you experience new resturants, products, and expereinces.

On the flip side, this also means that certain perks could go away while you're mid-membership. Just keep in mind that most of the businesses that offer perks to cardholders are on 1-2 year contracts with Greater Perks, so it will be rare for perks to just fall off at random.

Can I ever cancel my subscription?

Yes. Before purchasing a card, you'll be required to create a Greater Perks account here on our website.

Once logged in to your account, you'll be able to manage your perk card subscription(s).

All subscription sales for the current year are final, but if you do not wish to pay for a recieve a perks card in future years, please cancel your subscription within your account.
